ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, EDUCATOR, RESEARCHER AND VIDEOGRPAHER

I am an architectural designer based in Montreal, with over 20 years of experience in Mexico and Canada. I approach design searching balance between ethics and aesthetics, aiming to produce spaces that are both meaningful and responsible.

I engage my work under the understanding that the complex narrative of our reality is woven by a wide diversity of actors. My practice is rooted in ongoing collaboration across multiple fronts: close engagement with clients; the knowledge embedded in craftsmanship and construction traditions; academic research; documentary and film-based production; and architectural imagination.

These are all brought together as a collective effort toward the production, research, and documentation of architectural spaces and design artifacts, with a wholehearted commitment to produce responsible and sustainable design.
